Personal Reference Check

A personal reference check is a handy tool to find out a little more about your applicant. Our staff will make contact with the supplied personal references. Inform each personal reference that the applicant supplied their name as a personal reference. We will inform them that in order to make an informed hiring decision, we would like to know the applicant's work, educational history and personal qualifications or fitness for employment. 

We will ask such questions as

• How long have you known (Applicant)?
• What is the nature of your relationship? 
• Why do you think (Applicant) would be a good choice for this position?
• Do you know of any issues that may prevent (Applicant) from performing the functions of the position being applied for?
